Direct Travel Canada had reason to celebrate at last week’s Virtuoso awards gala when it swept all five of the Top Annual Production categories.
The ceremony was the second annual regional awards celebration. It was held at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City as part of Virtuoso’s Forum Canada.
“Working with Virtuoso is a true collaboration,” says Julie Skinner, SVP Leisure Sales & Operations Canada for Direct Travel. “Virtuoso Forum is a reminder of the value of human connection not only with our partners but our peers which is invaluable to Direct Travel as an agency and to our clients.”
The top annual production awards recognize the highest sales in each category.
“To be recognized in each of these key categories is truly an honour, and is a testament to our incredible travel advisors who collaborate with their clients to create personalized travel experiences,” says Stephen Smith, Direct Travel’s SVP Leisure Strategy and Marketing. “We did well last year with wins in three of the five, but this year are delighted to add Hotels & Resorts and Specialty.”
