Transat's Tripbook now includes self-service group booking. Developed in collaboration with Softvoyage, Transat says the Tripbook platform is the first in the industry to integrate self-service group booking features.Advisors can now select seats for all occupants in a room, add luggage, generate electronic documents, and make payments.
"By being the first to adopt this technology, Transat is making it easier for travel agencies to book groups by giving them greater autonomy, which translates into efficiencies throughout the process,” Julie Sareault, Transat's Commercial Director, said.“Integrating groups into Tripbook was a long-standing request, and we have listened. This is an important step forward for us.” A second development phase is in the works, with additional self-service features to be introduced in the coming months.Advisors can visit Transat Agent Direct for more information.
