Steve Cole from Nexion Travel Group Canada Named Top Performer for Celebrity

Nexion Travel Group  — Canada was pleased to see one of their own recognized as a top performer for Celebrity Cruises. Steve Cole, from Steve & Co in London, ON was able to celebrate the award aboard the cruise line’s inaugural Canadian Top Performers Cruise, held aboard the Celebrity Silhouette.

The cruise was a six-night affair in the Western Caribbean, with fun-filled excursions at ports of call and valuable business development sessions held on sea days. The itinerary also included private cocktail receptions, recognition events, World Series watch parties, and even a Halloween costume party. Highlights included galley and backstage tours, as well as interactions with senior officers throughout the week, in a bid to ensure participants feel truly celebrated and valued. 

Cruises continue to be a hot commodity in the travel world. A recent Nexion survey of 218 U.S. and Canadian advisors backs that up. The survey found that 71 percent of the surveyed advisors report cruises are the most common type of trip that clients ask them to book, making it the clear leader over other categories.
