Scenic Upgrades Loyalty Program for Advisors

Scenic Group has made some changes to its loyalty program for Canadian travel advisors. Following a pause in 2021, the brand has enhanced and upgraded how it rewards its travel partners who sell Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises. 

The Scenic Group Rewards program is only applicable to Canada-based trade partners for Canadian dollar bookings.

Here’s what’s new:

• Automated rewards: Members now earn points seamlessly via the new Scenic Group OKTA Dashboard, no extra paperwork.
• Retroactive rewards: Advisors will receive points for all eligible bookings made since January 2021, including a reinstatement of pre-COVID balances.
• Flexible redemption: Earn 25 percent of point value upon deposit; the balance is released upon guest departure.

How it Works

Advisors are automatically assigned a reward number in their booking profile. Just sign in via the new Scenic Group OKTA Dashboard and start redeeming. 

Members will receive any points remaining from their pre-COVID balance, as well as points for all eligible bookings made from January 2021 up to the program’s launch in July 2025.

If you are already using the new Scenic Group Dashboard, but not currently logged in, you can access the Scenic Group Rewards tile and complete the enrollment process at id.scenicglobal.com. A new Scenic Group Rewards Member ID will be automatically assigned and can be found under the ExpressBook Agency Management tile.
