In appreciation of its travel advisors, AmaWaterways
has announced a lineup of incentives and rewards for Travel Advisor
Appreciation Month.
Throughout May, AmaWaterways is launching special travel
advisor offers, including enhanced booking rewards, reduced deposits on 2025
sailings and the chance to win a complimentary river cruise for advisors to
experience AmaWaterways firsthand.
“As a family-operated company, we take great pride in the
strong relationships we’ve built with our travel advisor partners, and we are
deeply grateful for the passion, expertise and professionalism they bring to
their clients every day,” said Kristin Karst, co-founder and chief brand
ambassador of AmaWaterways.
She added, “Travel advisors have played a key role in
shaping AmaWaterways into the company it is today. While we show appreciation
to our travel partners all year long with FAMs, marketing support and training
opportunities, we’re especially excited to give back this May, a month
dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the impact they have on the river
cruise market, and the world of travel.”
Travel advisors who complete all five courses in the AmaAcademy
program can enter weekly drawings for a complimentary European river cruise for
two by attending all four of the cruise line’s Webinar Wednesday sessions at
10:30 p.m. Pacific/1:30 p.m. Eastern in May to include:

One grand-prize winner will receive a seven-night river
cruise for two on the Magdalena
River, a unique journey through Columbia.
Additionally, AmaWaterways is rewarding new business
generated during the month of May with digital gift cards. For every new
booking on a 2025 departure, advisors will receive a $100 gift card, while
those who book one of the company’s Hot 100 Dates will receive a $200 total
gift card.
To make it easier for clients to plan ahead, reduced
deposits are available on all 2025 sailings, excluding Africa. Deposits are now
$200 per person for Europe, Colombia and Mekong itineraries and $600 per person
for Egypt.
