Envoyage Expands Global Product Team

Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) independent network Envoyage has created two new global leadership roles.

Paul Murrell, previously Envoyage Australia’s national product Leader, has been appointed global air leader.

Shauna Stedner steps into the newly created role of global supply partner.

Both will report to Envoyage global product leader, Jodie Burnard.

“Paul and Shauna’s roles will be absolutely crucial as we continue to navigate an economy where clients are demanding more of their travel experiences – specifically, more choice and more attractive pricing,” said Burnard.

Murrell’s new role will focus on expanding access to air content through platforms like TP Connects and working closely with FCTG’s supply business.

“Paul's focus on ensuring access to diverse air content... will directly translate to more competitive and efficient air solutions for our members in Australia and around the world,” Burnard added.

“We’re also heavily focused on growth in the North American market,” she said. “Having Shauna on the ground with our teams there will allow us to achieve better momentum and understanding in this space.”

Anita Emilio, VP and GM of Envoyage Canada, said the leadership expansion underscores Envoyage’s focus on Canadian advisors.

“This expanded leadership structure reinforces Envoyage’s commitment to delivering the very best to our members here in Canada,” said Emilio. “Our advisors will benefit from broader access to competitive air content and exclusive supplier offerings.”
