TravelPulse Canada is in Cancun, Mexico for the 15th-annual Karma Hotels & Resorts Gourmet Inclusive Vacation Consultant (GIVC) Awards.
The event, which has a reputation as a true celebration of partnership, started yesterday with a memorable al fresco opening night party and dinner with a 'dia de muertos' - Day of the Dead - theme.
The décor was over-the-top amazing, and so were the outfits worn by top-selling advisors from across Canada and the U.S. The food and drink was incredible too, driving home the company's gourmet-inclusive mantra.
Today, we'll meet with Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Premier Worldwide Marketing leadership to hear brand updates and announcements for 2023 for Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts, El Dorado Spa Resorts, Margaritaville Island Reserve, Generations Hotels & Resorts, and Azul Beach properties.
We'll also do site visits at Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya and Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun, to get the latest on these properties.
Tuesday brings an all-day excursion to Holbox Island for a firsthand look at Margaritaville St.Somewhere, the newest property from Karisma Hotels & Resorts. Early reviews are excellent, so it will be enlightening to find out what all the buzz is about.
Then comes the main event, a formal affair hosted in the El Dorado Royale Ballroom to celebrate the company's trusted and top producing GIVC travel partners. Stay tuned for more updates.
