Unique Vacations Canada announced it is bringing back its “Sandals and Beaches Resorts…in 10 Minutes” training series this fall, with the next session focusing on Sandals Dunn’s River in Jamaica.
The live training session, developed for Canadian travel advisors, will take place Friday, Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. EDT.
Lorna Richards, National Training Manager for Unique Vacations Canada, will host the 10-minute session alongside Carnel Smith, Director of Sales, Groups and Conventions at Sandals Dunn’s River.
The discussion will give advisors a quick overview of the Ocho Rios property, which features 260 rooms and suites, a private beach and a series of pools inspired by nearby Dunn’s River Falls.
The resort also introduced several concepts to the Sandals portfolio when it opened, including the BLŪM Coffee Shop and Rum Club.
The session comes ahead of the winter season, when Jamaica will see direct air service from a number of Canadian cities. Flights will be available from Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Hamilton, London, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax.
The Sept. 25 session is free for Canadian travel advisors and requires advance registration.
