The new Riu Latino Hotel will open its doors on October 1, 2022. The property, perched on Costa Mujeres in Cancun, is the resort company's latest adults-only property. The property is part of the exclusive Condominio Costa Mujeres complex blends the unforgettable experience of Cancun with RIU's signature 24-hour all-inclusive service.

Defining the "unlimited fun" aspect of the property is the adult waterpark, Splash Water World with slides. In addition, there is a Pacha nightclub on site as well as four specialty restaurants and five swimming pools, some with swim-up bars and water loungers.
