TRAVELSAVERS has unveiled a series of new technology, marketing and lead-generation tools as the network reports year-over-year sales growth across several key travel segments.

The updates were announced during Travel Market 2026, taking place Sept. 24-27 at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.

Among the additions are a new centralized Marketing Hub, expanded consumer lead-generation programs, new technology integrations and a growing roster of preferred partners.

"Our innovation strategy has always been laser-focused on helping advisors grow stronger, more profitable businesses while delivering exceptional value to travellers," said Chief Marketing Officer Nicole Mazza.

"Throughout our history, we've developed solutions that help agencies sell more and operate more efficiently. We're building on that legacy today with powerful new tools, expanded partnerships, and advanced marketing capabilities that give our advisors a competitive advantage now and into the future."

Sales Up

TRAVELSAVERS says its 2026 results are running ahead of last year, with FIT land sales up seven percent and guided sales up eight per cent.

Cruise and river cruise sales are both up 14 per cent, while hotel room nights have increased eight percent.

The gains follow a 15% increase in network revenue in 2025. TRAVELSAVERS says advance bookings for 2027 are currently showing double-digit growth across most travel segments.

New Marketing Hub

One of the biggest changes is the introduction of the Marketing Hub, a centralized platform integrated into the network's tripXpress itinerary-building platform.

The dashboard brings together campaigns, promotions, social media content, training resources and other marketing tools. Advisors can manage email and direct-mail programs, organize customer data, build targeted campaigns and review performance metrics from the platform.

It also provides access to consumer promotions, supplier offers, seasonal campaigns, website resources and a library of social media posts, images and templates.

“By bringing resources, insights, and execution together in one place, the Marketing Hub transforms how advisors promote their businesses,” said Tim Paul, Vice President of Marketing.

“They’ll spend less time searching for materials and more time building relationships, serving clients and generating sales. The Marketing Hub provides more visibility into performance and makes it easier to plan and implement outreach with confidence and impact.”

Lead Generation Expands

TRAVELSAVERS has also updated the advisor search tools on its Canadian and U.S. consumer websites and The Affluent Traveler Collection site.

Travellers can now search for advisors based on destination expertise and travel niches, in addition to existing search options.

The network says its digital advertising campaigns have generated nearly 18 million impressions so far this year, four times last year's total, along with 323,000 website clicks, triple the previous year's figure.

Campaigns have focused on categories including guided vacations, adventure and romance travel, as well as a year-long campaign targeting first-time cruisers.

The network's VIP Program has meanwhile expanded its available departure dates by 30 per cent. Advisors have access to thousands of sailings across 14 cruise lines, with benefits that can include onboard credits, prepaid gratuities and select group rates.

TRAVELSAVERS says page views through its OnlineXpress agency website program have increased 52 per cent year over year, while consumer emails are up 33 per cent. The network also operates nearly 1,600 personalized Travel Clubs for affiliated advisors.

Tern Added to Technology Lineup

TRAVELSAVERS has added Tern to its roster of technology partners.

The platform combines trip planning, client management, payments, task management and reporting, with supplier integrations intended to reduce manual entry of sales information. Tern will also connect directly with the new Marketing Hub.

TRAVELSAVERS already has technology partnerships with Travefy and Tres.

Preferred Partner Network Grows

The network says its preferred partner portfolio now includes more than 200 suppliers, 51,000 hotel partners worldwide and 1,400 luxury hotels and resorts through The Affluent Traveler Collection.

Choice Hotels, Global Hotel Alliance and Grupo Posadas have recently joined the TRAVELSAVERS Hotel Program. The network noted that affiliated advisors' room-night bookings in Mexico are up 28% year over year.

TRAVELSAVERS has also established preferred partnerships with Royal Irish Tours and Worldia, while its OnLocation program has expanded its relationship with Abercrombie & Kent with the addition of several destination management companies.

Live Life Safaris has joined the OnLocation portfolio, and Audley Travel has become a preferred partner.

New tourism board partnerships include Visit San Antonio, the Mexican Caribbean Tourism Board, Costa Rica, Finland, The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, Visit Myrtle Beach, the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority, Destination Vancouver and Tourism Calgary.
