Universal Orlando Resort has released details about menu items
at their new theme park, Epic Universe, which opens on May 22, 2025. Over 100
new menu items were created by the talented and award-winning culinary team to
give guests a delicious and immersive experience for the worlds they travel to.
Epic Universe will have 30 dining locations, serving
seafood, Asian, barbecue, Italian, and French cuisines. Locations range from full-service
restaurants to fast dining over the five unique lands that make up the park.
Celestial Park

The heart of Universal Epic Universe features a diverse set
of cuisines with more than 15 dining locations. Three standouts are the
Atlantic restaurant which serves up fresh seafood, The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian
Restaurant and The Oak & Star Tavern for barbecue cravings.
Standouts at the Atlantic include Landlubber’s Snickerdoodle
Loot, a tasty sea-themed snickerdoodle cake, Sea Bass and a Grand Atlantic
Martini.
The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant will be serving hot
bowls of Tonkotsu Ramen and Thai-inspired Khaosan Boba.
At The Oak & Star Tavern, guests can share a Platter
with Mango Bread and Pickles where they can choose from smoked brisket, smoked
ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage or spit-roasted herbed-infused
chicken paired with sides, as well as sip on The Plastered Owl, a dark rye
whiskey cocktail.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry Of Magic

A variety of enchanting dining locations are offered such as
Café L’air De La Sirène and Le Gobelet Noir which h are filled with French-inspired
cuisines.
Standouts at Café L’air De La Sirène include a Butterbeer
Crêpe, Baguette de Dinde and Quiche Lorraine making this spot perfect for quick
and savory hits.
Le Gobelet Noir will feature a Lentil Stew and the Alchemist’s
Platter, a spread with smoked sausage, potato and cheese pierogies, pickled
eggs, beets, caramelized onions, and a warm pretzel with German mustard and
cheese fondue.
Super Nintendo World

Guests looking for tasty options within the world of
Nintendo games can expect curated menus at four dining locations including
Toadstool Café and Yoshi’s Snack Island.
Check out the all-beef Mario Burger topped with mushrooms
and chicken Luigi Burger with basil pesto at the Toadstool Café. Adventurous
guests can also take on the Bowser’s Fireball Challenge which is a towering
one-pound meatball topped with gooey mozzarella, puff pastry and a side of hot
sauce.
Yoshi’s Snack Island features Yoshi’s Smoothie, an apple
melon smoothie topped with whipped cream and green apple bursting boba.
How to Train Your Dragon – Isle Of Berk

Viking-inspired locations like the Mead Hall, Spit Fyre Grill
and Hooligan’s Grog & Gruel call this themed area home.
The Mead Hall includes a creamy malted chocolate Yaknog, a
Nordic Harvest Salad, a grand spread of chicken drumsticks, salmon and sausage in
the Thawfest Platter and a fun dessert for younger guests with Stormfly’s Catch
of the Day.
Dark Universe

The final area in Epic Universe is the horror-themed
Darkmoor area where dining locations such as Das Stakehaus, The Burning Blade
Tavern and De Lacey’s Cottage.
At Das Stakehaus, guests can sink their teeth into a
scrumptious meal on a stake with three different protein options: Fish on a Stake,
chicken option Bird on a Stake or Bits and Pieces, which is wild mushroom
brisket meatloaf. Other items include the “Blood” Orange Chicken Sandwich and
Our Favorite Vegan Familiar’s Stuffed Cabbage.
The Burning Blade Tavern will feature the Hunter’s Garlic
Stake, a cheesy garlic pretezel served with a rich garlic dipping sauce.
