Saint Lucia is set to welcome back Air Canada Rouge this fall/winter season with direct non-stop service from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) once-a-week starting on October 9.
The service will quickly ramp up in November, the In November 2022, with frequency increasing to four (4) weekly flights (Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri) until December 9. Additional flights will be added to the schedule for the holiday season with five (5) weekly flights until December 18, then increasing to six (6) weekly flights until December 25.
In January 2023, Air Canada's winter schedule will include five (5) weekly flights until March 2023, then increase frequency to six (6) weekly flights until April 2023. With the additional non-stop flights from Air Canada, Saint Lucia will offer Canadians 20 non-stop flights from Toronto Pearson International Airport this fall/winter season.

There is no requirement for a pre-travel test for fully vaccinated travellers to Saint Lucia. However, fully vaccinated travellers must provide a valid vaccination record. Unvaccinated travellers must have a valid negative standard COVID-19 PCR test done within 5 days prior to arrival.
