From long check-in lines to baggage claim, luggage is undoubtedly one of the most annoying parts of travel. Skip the hassle and ship your suitcases instead with Ship&Play, which is now partnering with three cruise lines: Azamara Cruises, Emerald Cruises & Tours and Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours.

Thanks to the new partnership, cruise passengers can ship their luggage from home directly to their cruise ship suite and back again. The service will launch November 1 for Azamara Cruises and November 15 for Emerald Cruises & Tours and Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours.

“At Ship&Play, we believe luxury travel should feel effortless from the very first step,” says Jonathan Marsico, co-founder and chief executive officer of Ship&Play. “By turning luggage into a concierge experience, we eliminate one of travel’s biggest pain points and let our guests focus entirely on the journey, not the grind of getting there or home.”

Ship&Play offers fully trackable, insured deliveries, available for both round-trip and one-way journeys. Guests can effortlessly book their return shipments while onboard—which is especially handy at the end of a long trip that includes lots of souvenirs.

Travel advisors also benefit from the new partnerships, earning a commission starting at 10 percent on every booking while also helping their clients eliminate luggage stress.

“At Azamara Cruises, our priority is creating a seamless, elevated journey for our guests from beginning to end,” says Simon Blacoe, vice president of hotel operations at Azamara Cruises. “By partnering with Ship&Play, we’re able to make the experience even more effortless—guests can arrive onboard already at ease, with their luggage waiting for them, and immediately immerse themselves in the destination-rich experiences that set Azamara Cruises apart.”
