Like most loyalty programs, this one provides an array of cruise rewards based on how often passengers sail with Celebrity. The more a guest sails, the more they earn and the more rewards they will receive onboard, including discounts, offers and perks that enhance the overall cruise experience.
Benefits range from spa discounts and complimentary laundry service to stateroom upgrades, access to exclusive voyages and special Captain's Club events on board.
Loyalty members also receive personal invitations to members-only events throughout Celebrity's worldwide sailings.
Captain's Club Tiers
The program features six membership tiers:
Preview (0 Club Points): Members receive complimentary access to the Captain's Club Loyalty Desk service center and a newsletter with the latest program news and information.
Classic (2-149 Club Points): Members receive complimentary access to a Welcome Event and exclusive onboard premium offers.
Select (150-299 Club Points): Members enjoy all Classic benefits plus discounted spa and laundry service specials.
Elite (300-749 Club Points): Members receive complimentary laundry services, spa benefits and Captain's Club cocktail hour access.
Elite Plus (750-2,999 Club Points): Created for devoted Elite members, this tier offers enhanced recognition with greater benefits including specialty dining discounts, two bags of complimentary laundry and additional perks.
Zenith (3,000+ Club Points): The highest membership tier offers premium benefits including access to the Retreat Lounge/Michael's Club, a complimentary premium beverage package, premium Wi-Fi and laundry service.
Earning Points From Home
Celebrity now offers ways for travelers to build their status without sailing.
Power Up Points allow Captain's Club members to earn Club Points through at-home activities. Members can participate in webinars or complete surveys sent via email to earn these points.
Earned Power Up Points convert to Club Points at a 10:1 ratio. For example, completing a survey worth 20 Power Up Points adds 2 Club Points to a member's account.
Status Matching Across Brands
Celebrity has enhanced its Loyalty Status Match program to provide broader benefits.
Captain's Club members receive one-for-one tier matching across all Royal Caribbean Group brands: Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean and Silversea. This shared status gives members access to benefits across more than 50 ships sailing to nearly 1,000 destinations worldwide.
