Air Transat to Launch New Loyalty Program

Passengers who are partial to Air Transat will be glad to know that the airline is partnering with Desjardins Group and VISA to create a new loyalty program. 

“Together, we're introducing a new suite of cards designed to bring more travel opportunities, meaningful rewards, and exceptional payment experiences to Canadians," said Dan Iwachiw, Vice President and Head of Product at Visa Canada.

In a statement to press, Air Transat explains that the collaboration is part of a strategy that will offer travellers a loyalty program with “exclusive benefits and an enhanced experience.”

More details about the program are yet to come, with the program set to launch in the second half of 2026.
