Air Transat Partners with Farenexus for NDC

Air Transat is upping its tech game by entering a partnership with Farenexus for its new distribution capability (NDC) content, making Air Transat offerings and promotions available to a wider audience. 

“Farenexus brings valuable technical expertise to our NDC implementation,” says Benjamin Pron, Vice President Commercial at Air Transat. “Their support has been instrumental in the initial phase, and we anticipate a productive long-term collaboration as we enhance our distribution capabilities.”

The program Air Transat will be utilizing is called nexusWind, which is Farenexus' agency travel booking solution. The first stage in the partnership will be loading Air Transat’s information into the nexusWind platform, which will allow Farenexus users to access Air Transat’s offers directly within the platform.

The next step will be to expand NDC accessibility by developing tools that enable other integration partners to connect with Air Transat’s NDC content.
