The Best Time to Visit Alaska: A Season-By-Season Guide
Air Canada has implemented a Goodwill Policy to provide flexible rebooking options for travellers affected by Hurricane Melissa. The policy applies to all itineraries to, from, or via Montego Bay (MBJ) and Kingston (KIN) on Air Canada ticket stock (014) for tickets issued on or before October 28, 2025. It covers original travel dates between October 31 and November 15, 2025, allowing passengers to rebook travel through November 30, 2025.Under the Goodwill Policy, customers are permitted one free change if rebooked up to two hours before departure, as long as travel remains on Air Canada-operated flights.Change fees are waived both within and outside the rebooking window, and fare differences will also be waived if customers are rebooked in the same cabin. Travellers who wish to change their origin or destination may do so without a change fee, though fare differences (ADCOL) will apply. For agents processing exchanges, Air Canada has advised that “ACAMELOCT25” be used as the endorsement code on GDS-issued tickets. No endorsement is required for NDC, AC Connex, or ADO-issued tickets.Refunds will follow the original fare rules, and customers with Aeroplan bookings are being directed to contact Aeroplan directly. Those who booked through Air Canada Vacations should consult that division’s separate travel advisory for additional guidance.Air Canada also noted that if a customer’s flight is cancelled, standard Schedule Change and Flight Disruption Policy procedures apply.
