Air Canada Flight Pass Moving to Connex

You’ll need to update your bookmarks as Air Canada transitions Flight Pass access to AC Connex. Starting Feb. 19, 2026, you’ll no longer be able to access the dedicated advisor platform through the website (aircanada.com/agents).

The platform itself will stay the same familiar one you are used to, however, AC Connex will be the sole access point. 

Air Canada encourages all its partners to register for AC Connex before the change takes place in order to ensure seamless access.

If you have not yet registered, the airline offers these instructions:

• Use the master email address and IATA currently associated with your aircanada.com/agents account
• Ensure your IATA/ARC profile is up to date with a valid corporate email, and use the same information when registering
• Register using a corporate email domain.
