Additional details are expected in the coming weeks. As part of its certification program updates, ACTA is introducing new recognition pins for CTC and CTM holders in 2026. The pins will be mailed to current designation holders in the coming weeks. To help advisors learn more about the certification process, ACTA will host an information session on June 23 featuring Monica Leduc, Manager of Education & Certification, and Yacine Bimich, Bilingual Membership Manager. The session will cover certification requirements, eligibility and preparation strategies for candidates considering either designation."Shortly after achieving my CTC designation, my business started to take off and I began achieving year-over-year double-digit growth," said Mike Allard, CTC. "For any travel advisor serious about their business, the CTC program demonstrates a commitment to professionalism, ongoing training, and excellence."ACTA currently offers both the CTC and CTM designations as recognized professional certifications within Canada's travel industry.
