Inside The 2022 Travvy Awards (Hint, Canadians Win Big!)

Canadians took home top awards last night at the "Oscars of the travel industry", the eighth annual Travvy Awards, held at the Hilton in Fort Lauderdale in Marina, Florida.

Receiving one of the Travvy statuettes is considered a top honor in the travel industry, and this year's ceremony issued over 300 awards.

"The Travvy's are best of the best under one roof," said TravelPulse Canada EIC John Kirk. "It was fantastic to see Canadian companies being voted on by so many US based Travel Consultants and taking home the awards."

"The Travvy Awards are voted on by travel advisors, AKA the real influencers in travel," TravelPulse US Executive Editor Eric Bowman said. "It's an honor to gather together and celebrate with the best of the best in the travel industry."

GOLD - Air Canada

Kensington Tours won Bronze in both categories.

Goway Travel won Silver.

G Adventures took home Silver for Best Escorted Tour Operator - Adventure/Expedition and

Bronze for Best Escorted Tour Operator - Canada.

Majestic Resorts Canada's Rod Hanna was on hand to collect a Silver for Best Honeymoon Hotel/Resort - Mexico: Majestic Resorts Elegance Costa Mujeres
