Meet Air Canada's new Managing Director of Sales, North America, Vincent Gauthier-Dore.

Gauthier-Dore started in the industry as a travel agent at the age of only 17, and has worked in call centres for airlines such as Air France before moving to Air Canada where began his career with them as a flight attendant. It's safe to say he knows the industry from the ground up.
