G Adventures is hosting its fifth annual GX Community Tourism Summit in Brazil next September and you could be going too. Fifteen Canadian travel advisors will win a spot to the summit, which includes a FAM trip in the host country — joining other Change Maker advisors from around the world.
“Change Makers is hands-down one of my favorite initiatives of the year because it puts our incredible travel advisor community right where they belong, at the center of our mission," says David Green, Managing Director for G Adventures in Canada. "There’s nothing quite like watching our agents experience the real-world impact of their bookings firsthand at GX. The energy in Cambodia was completely off the charts, and I can't wait to see that same passion in Brazil.
To qualify, log your sales of G Adventure trips between now and May 31, 2027. The 12 top-performing sellers (based on passenger count) will automatically qualify for the trip.
Three additional spots will be awarded as “wild card” spots, based on monthly challenges and the commitment to helping change a life. Wildcard opportunities for this year include completing specialized G-learning training modules, participating in fundraising initiatives for G Adventures’ non-profit partner, Planeterra, and incentive boosts for first-time bookers.
The Change Makers campaign operates alongside G Adventures’ existing suite of advisor support tools, including the G-Normous incentive, global FAM opportunities, and the coast to coast, Travel Your Heart Out roadshow, creating a comprehensive support system designed to help trade partners scale their business.
"Our commitment to our agency partners is unwavering, and we’re proud to be their biggest champions,” says Green. “By bringing Change Makers together with our FAMs and educational tools, we’re giving advisors everything they need to grow their business while making a genuine difference. Together, we’re gearing up for another record-breaking year of changing lives through travel."
