Red Label Vacations has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work, by the official Institute, a recognition for their commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Red Label Vacations. The Great Place to Work Institute is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

“We are honoured and proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work in Canada,” says Nathalie Tanious, President & CEO, Red Label Vacations. “This certification reflects our ongoing dedication to creating a workplace where our employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to contribute their best. Our success is not attributed to one individual's efforts alone; rather, it is achieved through the synergy of all of us working seamlessly in tandem, each contributing our unique strengths to the greater whole.

This recognition reinforces our commitment to our employees and sets the stage for even greater achievements in the future.”

“This is a significant milestone for us, affirming our commitment to creating a workplace where our employees not only thrive but also feel a sense of belonging and fulfillment,” says Diana Valler, CHRO, Red Label Vacations. “Our people are at the heart of our success, and we will continue to invest in initiatives that enhance their professional growth and overall well-being.”

“Great Place to Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice-President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Red Label Vacations stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.

As Red Label Vacations continues to be a leader in the travel industry, this Great Place to Work certification further solidifies its position as an employer of choice in Canada.
