Tour operator G Adventures has added over 100 new trips for its slate of offerings this year, adding new trips to the Balkans and Finland, as well as new itineraries across its trip categories, including new Solo-ish, Local Living and 18-to-Thirtysomething categories.

G Adventures added new ways to discover Peru with a train option for those who don’t want to hike to Machu Picchu. The seven-day Peru’s Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu by Train trip will spend a few days in Cusco before visiting the Ccaccaccollo Community and Women’s Weaving Co-op, visiting Moray and the Maras Salt Mines and then traveling to Machu Picchu by train. Pricing begins at $999 per person.

There are also some new Solo-ish tours offering more ways for solo travelers to discover the world with other solo travelers.

The first one, Solo-ish Uzbekistan, is a 12-day trip immersing travelers in Uzbek culture, visiting bazaars and historic sites, eating delicious food and experiencing the little-known culture and country for themselves. This trip starts at $2,099 per person.

The Solo-ish Cambodia trip is a 10-day itinerary based on a popular Cambodia itinerary, but designed for solo travelers. Starting at $1,349 per person, the trip includes a visit to Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom, a trek through the Cardamom Mountains and a dip in Koh Rong.

G Adventures is also offering new itineraries in cold weather destinations, like the seven-day Winter in Finland: Lapland and Northern Lights itinerary. This group trip starts in Helsinki before taking the train to Rovaniemi, where travelers can catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights, take a sleigh ride through the snow, meet with Indigenous herders and much more. The trip starts at $2,999 per person.

Other new cold weather trips include an active exploration of Hokkaido, Japan and a Polish Christmas market adventure.

“Following on the heels of one of our largest growth years ever, this year we will be launching hundreds of new itineraries in both new destinations and old favorites,” said Yves Marceau, VP of product for G Adventures. “We are being very intentional about new product development, noting regions where our offerings can benefit from more flexibility as well as expansion into regions where we haven’t been in the past. As with all of our itineraries, our number one priority is supporting local communities, and we’re thrilled that our new offerings will expand that impact, while offering travellers some incredible new ways to explore our world.”
