members to its Sales team, strengthening its ongoing commitment to excellence in the travel
industry.

Elish Tait has been appointed to the pivotal role of Manager of National Accounts, bringing
with her a wealth of experience and strategic vision. In her new capacity, she is responsible for
supporting national partners and solidifying Air Canada Vacations’ market presence from coast to
coast. With her most recent position as Area Sales Manager for Toronto North, Northern Ontario,
and Toronto East, including Kingston regions, Elish possesses a strong background in the travel
industry and a profound understanding of the importance of supporting our partners at the travel
counsellor level. Prior to joining Air Canada Vacations, Elish held a key position at The Travel
Agent Next Door, where she played a pivotal role in providing agency support and spearheading
special projects over the past seven years.

New Area Sales Managers:
Ontario Region. Covering Southwestern Ontario to Windsor, Clementina Iannuzzi joins Air
Canada Vacations’ Sales Team from Travel Experts, where she served as Business Development
Manager. With several years’ experience in the industry, her expertise promises invaluable
insights and support. With over 13 years' experience in various roles at Flight Centre, Bruce
Parkinson steps into the role of Area Sales Manager, eager to foster growth opportunities for
travel partners.
Western Canada Region. Overseeing Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Fraser Valley, Okanagan & Northern
BC regions, Anna Teglasi brings a wealth of international experience from the luxury cruise
sector and entrepreneurial ventures. Her dedication to sales excellence and empowering advisors
will drive success in the region. Responsible for Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba regions,
Suzanne Morgan brings over 15 years of travel industry expertise, including a rich background
as a travel advisor. Her passion for discovery and commitment to client satisfaction will enrich Air
Canada Vacations’ partnerships.
ACV@Home. In response to the remarkable success of ACV@Home, a program supporting
Independent Travel Advisors, Air Canada Vacations proudly announces the following
appointments. Tina Kensett has been appointed as the Area Sales Manager for the ACV@Home
program in Western Canada. Tina brings strategic leadership and a focus on advisor support.
Both Clementina and Bruce report to Erminia Gallina, General Manager for the
Ontario, and Atlantic Canada regions, joining her team alongside Dianne Pedroso, Judy Munden
and Krista Rothfuchs.
Both Anna and Suzanne report to Marigold Frontuna, General
Manager for the Western Canada region, joining her team alongside Rose Siu.

Additionally, Krista Rothfuchs has been promoted to Independent Advisors Manager, ensuring
her continued exceptional support for Ontario and Eastern Canada.
At the heart of Air Canada Vacations’ Sales team is the Sales Support team led by Christine
Faulkner, Manager of Sales Operations & Planning. The team includes Barbara Mengué Mbo,
recently promoted as Sales Operations and Trade Communications Manager, Erin Craft as
Coordinator Sales Marketing along with Sabiha Guzel, Christina Hipolito, Claudia Jamett, Kathryn
D’Mello, and Diana Gerardi, who all play roles as Sales Operations Coordinators.
