Los Cabos has been celebrating Pride for 20 years. The inclusive fun continues throughout June, with special events and promotions hosted by hotels, tour operators, restaurants, and local partners to honour LGBTQ+ travellers with a lineup of experiences designed to “celebrate self-expression, promote equality, and foster community.”
According to the Los Cabos tourism board, the destination drew 3.74 million visitors, with 21 percent identifying as LGBTQ+ — a segment that contributed more than $150 million CAD in visitor spending.
"In Los Cabos, Pride Month is a reflection of our values, not just for June, but year-round," said Rodrigo Esponda, Managing Director of the Los Cabos Tourism Board. "We are proud to foster a destination where every visitor feels welcomed, respected, and free to be themselves."
There is still some time to join in on the fun before the month is out.
