Welcome Back to Riu Palace Macao Hotel

RIU Hotels & Resorts is welcoming back visitors to the Riu Palace Macao Hotel. 

The resort reopened on September 9, 2023, offering a revitalized vacation experience with its new Elite Club by RIU concept. 

The exciting beach resort offers a new ways to relax with redesigned guestrooms and common areas and additions such as Mixologist at the lobby bar with a daily signature drink. There's an also an upgraded Capuchino Bar menu that includes vegetarian options. 

The resort also features a new sports bar, a new Pepe's by the pool, a new wine menu and a new spa for guests at RIU's Punta Cana complex.

Guestrooms have been updated to offer in-room TV casting so that guests can stream their favorites from the comfort of the room. 

The new Elite Club by RIU is a way for guests to upgrade their stay. This is an elevated experience with high-end amenities and services. 

Guests who select Elite Club by RIU for their stay will receive premium room locations and exclusive lounge access in the lobby and access to a special beach area with a private bar. 

Elite Club guests will also be able to enjoy access to exclusive Premium-branded drinks at selected bars.

In addition to the best located rooms, Elite Club guests also receive in-room upgrades such as an upgraded liquor dispenser with premium brands, an upgraded minibar with snacks and a bottle of wine. They also receive a special welcome gift and in-room aromatherapy as well as access to restaurant reservations and upgraded room service menu with a variety of choices from speciality restaurants. Elite guests also are able to confirm a late checkout for 1 p.m. and early check-in based on availability. 

There is a dedicated check-in area for Elite Club and a dedicated a la carte specialty restaurant as well as a breakfast restaurant with a la carte options.
