Nobu Hotel & Residences Los Cabos is offering Wellness Month in July, a month-long program of immersive wellness experienced
designed to elevate summer stays at the property.
Recognizing the continued growth of wellness and longevity
travel, Wellness Month will transform the property into a dedicated
wellness destination throughout July.
Guests staying at the property will receive complimentary
access to a full schedule of daily programming spanning fitness, recovery and
mindfulness, including sound healing, boxing masterclasses, morning yoga,
Tabata, and pickleball clinics.
This year’s Wellness Month program will feature
visiting experts and instructors including Frank Solana, professional pickleball
player and CEO of Luna Pickleball, alongside curated weekend activations such
as a body sculpt workshop session with Olivia Laurenzana on July 10 and
a two-day Pickleball Camp on July 17-18.
Available only once a year, Wellness Month offers guests
complimentary access to a full schedule of classes and experiences that typically
carry significant individual costs elsewhere, making it a high-value addition
to any stay.
Guests can also enjoy the property's wider wellness
amenities, including the Esencia Wellness Spa, four pools, cabanas, ocean views
as well as the gym and salon.
