Marriott International, Inc. has launched a beta version of Ask Bonvoy, an AI-powered conversational search experience to assist travelers in finding and booking hotels.
Ask Bonvoy has launched on Marriott’s website and in the Marriott Bonvoy apps, available for Marriott Bonvoy members to use. A full-scale launch is planned for later this year.

Today’s beta launch is a powerful example of our continued investment in technology as we aim to make travel planning easier, more intuitive, and more personal.”
Travelers can use Ask Bonvoy to search for hotels across the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. The AI tool is designed to narrow down search results based on queries and travelers' preferences, such as spa experiences available at hotels or resorts, dining options and other amenities.
Members can continue searching using traditional date and location filters and search conversationally via prompts, and book once they’ve found their preferred hotel. The tool will eventually enable travelers to consider their loyalty rewards points during their search.
