Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced two new openings in popular Mexican tourist destinations: the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and the Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, both expected to open later this year.
Parks Hospitality Holdings owns the two properties. Both will open as luxury all-inclusive resorts.
“At Hyatt, we’re continuing to evolve how our brands connect with travelers, ensuring they remain distinct and compelling,” said Javier Águila, President, Inclusive Collection, Hyatt. “Drawing on our deep expertise and leadership in elevated all-inclusive, we’re selectively bringing this model to these two new hotels, combining the ease of all-inclusive with the exceptional design, service and sense of place that define the Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt brands.”

Opening by the end of the year between Cancun and Puerto Morelos is the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya. The luxury resort will offer residential-style accommodations, personalized service and more.
The resort’s 148 rooms and suites will offer ocean views, with some featuring private or plunge pools. Seven dining venues will offer Mexican, seafood and globally inspired fare, while wellness is integrated into the resort experience, from the calming beachfront pool to the open-air spa garden.
Grand Hyatt Los Cabos
Opening later this year within the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf community in Cabo San Lucas is the Grand Hyatt Los Cabos. The Baja-inspired resort will offer 301 rooms and suites, with some swim-out room options.
The resort’s major draw will be over 20,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event spaces for weddings, corporate events and other group gatherings, along with outdoor garden venues. The property will feature five different dining options, access to an 18-hole golf course, family-friendly and adults-only spaces and more.
