Blue Diamond Resorts has announced “substantial upgrades” to its Diamond Club and Star Class room categories. The upgrades are currently offered at the Royalton Luxury Resorts and Planet Hollywood Beach Resorts and will be available to guests with bookings on or after October 1.
One of the upgrade highlights is an increase in the number of Butlers per resort, as well as the ratio of butlers to rooms. In a press release, the company says both will “ensure a higher level of personalized service for each guest.”
Blue Diamond Resorts will also be offering a larger selection of premium top-tier drinks and liquors available at all Diamond Club and Star Class bars and designated lounges throughout the resorts. The culinary options for these guests will also be enhanced, with dedicated breakfast restaurants and an upgraded room service experience that includes a new addition of wine and beer options.
"Blue Diamond Resorts has always been committed to setting the standard for excellence in the hospitality industry," said Jurgen Stutz, Senior Vice president of Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Distribution of Blue Diamond Resorts. "These exciting upgrades reflect our dedication to continuously improving our guests' experiences and ensuring their satisfaction remains unparalleled."
Earlier this year, the Sunwing Travel Group, owner of Blue Diamond Resorts announced plans to build a 250-room Royalton property on Cayo Largo, with a 2025-2026 opening date.
