American Express Travel has announced the addition of more than 350 new properties to Fine Hotels + Resorts and The Hotel Collection.
The
added venues bring the premium hotel portfolio to more than 3,400 properties
across 116 countries, just in time for its 35th anniversary.

experiences," said Audrey Hendley, President of American
Express Travel, in a statement. “This expansion gives Card Members more
choice across the places they want to go now — from beach escapes and culinary
capitals to culture-rich cities and adventure destinations — while continuing to
deliver the elevated
benefits they expect from American Express Travel.”
Platinum Card Members now have more ways to book curated stays: bookings of two nights or more with The Hotel Collection can unlock benefits, including a $100 credit toward eligible charges (varies by property), 12 p.m. check-in, late check-out, and a room upgrade upon arrival, when available.
Members can also enjoy daily breakfast for two and guaranteed 4:00 p.m. check-out.
Special offers also include complimentary nights on eligible bookings at select
Fine Hotels + Resorts and The Hotel Collection properties when booking through
American Express Travel.
New additions to the hotel programs include:
- ESPACIO Nagoya Castle, Fine Hotels + Resorts,
Nagoya, Japan: Set beside 17th-century Nagoya Castle, the
culture-forward hotel blends Japanese art, regional history, wellness, and
access to one of Japan’s most distinctive culinary cities.

helicopter tours, heli-skiing, hiking, boating, golf, wineries, and the
dramatic Southern Alps.
- Casa Lucia, Melia Collection, The Hotel
