Flight Centre has launched a new global campaign highlighting what it calls its greatest advantage: trust.
The Trusted by Travellers campaign debuts today, featuring Canadian grandparents Yvonne and Richard Naciuk as the national faces of the rollout.
The Naciuks, who affectionately describe themselves as “Senior-agers,” have been booking their trips for years with Flight Centre Travel Expert Ryan Milne. They often arrive with nothing more than a budget and a general idea of the experience they want, relying on Milne to take care of the rest.
“For us, the journey starts the moment we walk into Flight Centre,” said Yvonne.
“He takes care of everything, from finding the perfect destination to making sure every detail is arranged, so all we have to do is enjoy the adventure, stress-free.”
As part of the campaign, the couple set sail on an Avalon river cruise along the Rhine, collecting moments along the way—from buying a hand-signed cuckoo clock in Germany’s Black Forest to sharing a gondola ride that left them laughing “like two teenagers.”

“For years, customers have been telling us that they don’t just shop with us, they trust us. Flight Centre is where dreams and great deals unite—and now, we’re proudly claiming our place as the most trusted name in travel.”
The Trusted by Travellers campaign features real customers from five markets: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and South Africa. It represents a new chapter in Flight Centre’s brand evolution, following a year of updates that include a theme song, custom font, redesigned stores, digital screens, and a refreshed global tagline.
In Canada, the campaign will run across digital, social, retail, and out-of-home channels, with placements beginning this week in Toronto and Vancouver. It also coincides with Flight Centre’s 30th anniversary in Canada.
