Dianne Jackson has been named Director, Franchise and Affiliate Members at TDC, effective September 11, 2023. Dianne will be part of the leadership team and will report directly to Karine Gagnon, General Manager, TDC.
An email sent by Gagnon says in her new role, Dianne will be responsible for the success and growth of the TDC Network's franchise and affiliate travel agency program for all provinces, except Quebec. She will also be responsible for the renewal and recruitment process of new franchises and affiliates, as well as maintaining strong business relationships with TDC members and key players in the industry.
Dianne is a seasoned senior leader with over 30 years in the Canadian Travel Industry with experience in many verticals, including Tour Operations, Retail Travel Agency, Travel Insurance, and Travel Technology. She has held leadership roles with various organizations including CAA Travel, Red Label, Allianz Global Assistance and Signature Vacations. As well as previously owning a Travel Agency, she co-owned a chain of Bargain Centers as franchisee. She most recently owned and lead Reps4Rent, a company offering a range of services through a network of independent sales professionals.
