Jeff Carpenter Joins Royal Caribbean International as Sales Account Manager

Jeff Carpenter has joined Royal Caribbean International as Strategic Account Manager (SAM) for Western Canada, effective immediately. Formerly with TravelBrands, Carpenter fills the role previously held by Leanne Hill, who sadly passed away late last year. 

The announcement was made by Lisa Connell, Director of Sales, Canada who says they are "thrilled that Jeff has joined our company. I know he is no stranger to you, and I'm sure you'll agree that Jeff is the perfect fit to takeover from our beloved Leanne. Leanne and Jeff worked closely together, and I know he will continue the success she built." 

Jeff has loved working with travel partners in the past, building great friendships and partnerships along the way, and he is eager to foster new relationships with each of you. He has also travelled extensively during his career, and some of his favourite memories include trips to the Caribbean, French Polynesia, Thailand, Egypt & Europe. 

When he's not busy being a road warrior, Jeff enjoys relaxing with his family at their lake house and spending quality time with his six nephews who keep him very busy and entertained.

As I'm sure you can imagine, Jeff is eager to get settled into his new role, but he will be in training and attending events on the Icon of the Seas until early February. Jeff will be working alongside Germain Marchand - Business Development Support (BDS), who you may already be familiar with. Jeff will also work closely with Chantal Rodriguez, Senior Account Executive, Sales Development for Western Canada.
