In a first-of-its-kind partnership facilitated by VISIT FLORIDA, Brightline is offering people flying Porter 50% off adult SMART fares for select trains between Orlando and South Florida.
Brightline trains connect destinations in Central and Southern Florida, offering comfortable and convenient transit between huge tourist draws such as the “Theme Park Capital of the World” in Orlando and the PortMiami “Cruise Capital of the World.”
“Florida is a popular destination for our passengers and this partnership makes it even easier for them to explore the Sunshine State,” said Edmond Eldebs, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Porter Airlines. “Our direct flights, combined with Brightline’s connectivity, provides the opportunity for travelers to easily enjoy multiple regions of the state by arriving at one airport and departing from another.”
Porter currently has 126 weekly flights between Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), Ottawa International Airport (YOW) and Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) and the sunshine state.Four of the Florida airports served by Porter have Brightline stations: Orlando (MCO), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), West Palm Beach (PBI) and Miami (MIA).
