Flair Airlines has announced a partnership with payment processing provider Elavon, a move the airline says will strengthen its financial operations and support customer service.
“As Flair continues to strengthen and grow, our partnership with Elavon reflects the next phase of our transformation,” said Maciej Wilk, CEO of Flair Airlines.
In October, Flair announced a series of upgrades designed to improve the passenger experience while maintaining its low-cost model.
“Through Flair FWD, we’re building a smarter, simpler, and more resilient airline, one that delivers real value to Canadians. Elavon’s expertise supports our vision to make reliable, affordable travel both possible and sustainable for the long term,” Wilk said.
Flair said it has already implemented several improvements, including a redesigned website built on AWS technology, digital boarding passes for all passengers, and more transparent communication about delays.
With Elavon, Flair says it is better positioned to handle secure transactions, underscoring its "commitment to long-term growth and stability in a market dominated by two major players."
