Flair Takes Pride to New Heights

The friendly skies are going to be a little more fabulous on June 12, 2025 as Flair Airlines gets glam for Pride, hosting what they bill as the nation’s first Drag Show at 30,000 feet.

The special event flight, held in partnership with Drag Academy and Rainbow Railroad, will fly from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to Guadalajara, MX (GDL). It features drinks, a DJ and “non-stop vibes.” The real show stopper will be an in-air performance by Drag Race Mexico’s Horacio Potasio.

Guadalajara has made a name for itself as a welcoming and inclusive city. Guadalajara Pride attracts tens of thousands of participants, for a “joyful display of visibility, rights, and unity.”
It was host to the 2023 Gay Games and is the home to the prestigious Premio Maguey LGTBQ+ film prize.  It’s also the state seat of government for Jalisco, which is the first Mexican state to  legally recognize transgender children and adolescents, ensuring their rights and protections under the law.

As of this writing, tickets are still available for the five hour, 20 minute party flight, starting at $139.
