American Airlines Debuts New Fall Menu for Lounges

Travelers embarking on fall getaways have a new gourmet experience awaiting them at the airport.

American Airlines is refreshing its menus across its nationwide airport lounge network with new dishes and autumnal flavors. 

The culinary changes focus on comfort dishes for cooler weather, seasonal ingredients, and regional cuisine across its Flagship and Admirals Club lounges.

In its Flagship lounges, American is revamping menus to include: 

• Chicken adobo in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW)
• Truffle arancini with Parmesan fondue in Philadelphia (PHL)
• Florida snapper ceviche in Miami (MIA) 

New menus in Admirals Clubs will feature: 

• Build-your-own beef barbacoa taco bars in Chicago (ORD), Denver (DEN), and St. Louis (STL)
• Sesame orange glazed chicken in Los Angeles (LAX), Santa Ana, California (SNA), San Francisco (SFO), and Phoenix (PHX)
• Creole-style chicken on rustic white bean cassoulet in New York (JFK/LGA), and Newark (EWR)

The carrier says these new dishes are just a few of the seasonal culinary updates it has planned for its lounges throughout September and October. Additional new menus are set to roll out throughout the fall season.
