Air Canada and Aegean Air Expand Code Share

Air Canada numbers will be carried on two more routes starting at the end of this month. Aeroroutes reports that beginning Oct. 26, 2025, the code share agreement between Air Canada and Aegean Airlines is expanding. The two additional routes fly out of Aegean's hub at Athens to Istanbul and to Tirana, Albania.

Like Air Canada, Aegean Airlines is a member of Star Alliance. The 25 member airlines partner for things like airport co-location, digital infrastructure, frequent flyer integration, joint business lounge projects, and other services "to improve the travel experience." Aegean Airlines was awarded "Best Regional Airline - Europe" by Skytrax for 2025.
