Gagnon also announced the promotion of Chantal Lalonde to Business Development Manager for the province of Quebec. She called Lalonde "instrumental in the creation and development of TDC's agent@home program."
Lalonde will work alongside Katrina Rourke, Business Development Manager for Ontario, Western Canada and Atlantic.
