TICO to Hold Virtual Annual Meeting September 25

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has announced it will hold its Annual Meeting virtually on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

According to the notice, the meeting will include:

• receiving the financial statements for the previous financial year, together with the Auditor’s Report;
• receiving and considering the Annual Report;
• appointing the auditors and authorizing the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration;
• electing directors; and
• transacting any other business that may properly come before the meeting.

“All TICO registrants and members of the public are invited to attend,” the council said. “Only members in good standing are entitled to vote at the meeting.”

Voting members and public guests must register in advance here.

Registration closes on September 23, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

Meeting materials, including the agenda, minutes from the September 24, 2024 annual meeting, the business plan, annual report (containing the audited financial statements as at March 31, 2025), and candidate biographies for the election of directors, are available on TICO’s website.

Members unable to attend may submit written proxy requests by the September 23, 2025, 5:00 p.m. deadline.
