The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has charged Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc., along with Ante Pavlovic and Felicia Pavlovic, with operating as a travel agent without being registered.According to TICO, each of the three parties faces one count under the Travel Industry Act, 2002. In addition, Ante Pavlovic and Felicia Pavlovic have each been charged with one count of being an officer and director of a corporation and failing to take reasonable care to prevent the corporation from committing an offence.It is alleged that Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc., Ante Pavlovic and Felicia Pavlovic sold travel services without TICO registration. The business is said to have specialized in yoga retreats that included multi-day accommodations.Ante Pavlovic and Felicia Pavlovic are scheduled to appear in court on February 6, 2026, at 9 a.m. in Toronto, Ontario.Under the Travel Industry Act, 2002, individuals convicted of offences may face fines of up to $50,000 and/or prison terms of up to two years. Corporations may be fined up to $250,000.
