Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) is celebrating Travel Advisor Day in a special way this year, by inviting everyone in the community to “Rekindle the Spark” at an inspirational event with special guest speaker, Isabelle Fontaine.
On May 12, 2025, all travel professionals are invited to the virtual event, attendance isn’t limited only to those in the TDC network.
“Of course, the words of appreciation shared each year in connection with this day are essential. But sometimes, taking concrete action by giving back to others embodies things even better,” says Karine Gagnon, General Manager of TDC. “And that's the extra step we wanted to take this year, to allow these extraordinary professionals to recharge their batteries. And there is no one better suited than renowned speaker Isabelle Fontaine to carry out this mission: to recharge batteries. To say thank you. To move people. To rekindle a spark.”

Speaker Isabelle Fontaine has been called a passionate speaker with contagious energy. In her words, “Inspiring, motivating, and energizing people is what I am passionate about in life. It's what I do every day, and it's what energizes me in turn. It's truly a win-win relationship,” she says. ”In this era of uncertainty, coming together with our peers, even virtually, creates a powerful sense of community. Recharging our batteries and rekindling the spark that makes us want to get up every morning is part of a healthy lifestyle. We have to think about ourselves if we want to be there for others, which is why I think it's fantastic that TDC is giving back to these people who spend their lives lighting up their customers' eyes.”
