Fresh Tracks Canada has announced the winner of its travel advisor FAM trip draw.
Kristal Hicks of Top Tier Travel Group has earned a complimentary spot on the November 2025 FAM trip to Churchill, Manitoba. She will stay at the Tundra Buggy Lodge and take part in a polar bear safari experience.
The draw was open to advisors who registered for Fresh Tracks Canada’s new Travel Advisor Resource Portal, which provides tools, resources, and product updates to support Canadian sales.
"We are thrilled to welcome Kristal on this exclusive FAM trip," said Tamara Mallin, director of Strategic Partnerships at Fresh Tracks Canada.

"The enthusiasm we've seen from Travel Advisors registering for our new portal highlights the strong demand for unique Canadian experiences, and we're excited to continue supporting advisors with both resources and incentives."
The company also noted that its current incentive for Tundra Buggy Lodge bookings remains available.
For travel between October 11 and November 17, 2025, advisors can earn a $500 CAD / $375 USD bonus commission, enter a draw for a 2026 Polar Bear Adventure for two, and extend to clients a Manitoba-made welcome gift box valued at $75 CAD.
