Fresh Tracks Canada has extended the deadline for travel advisors to qualify for its Polar Bear Tundra Buggy Safari familiarization (FAM) trip.
Advisors now have until September 12, 2025, to register for access to the company’s Travel Advisor Resource Portal and be automatically entered into the draw.
The winner will join the FAM trip to Churchill, Manitoba, scheduled for November 10–17, 2025. The prize includes a stay at the Tundra Buggy Lodge, offering the chance to observe polar bears outside the lodge, meet with researchers, and view the northern skies. Only one valid registration per advisor will be accepted.

Launched earlier this summer, the portal provides advisors with tools including sample itineraries across Canadian Train Vacations, Northern Lights Canada, and Canada Polar Bears; customizable marketing materials such as flyers, maps, and travel guides; and direct access to Fresh Tracks Canada’s team for client inquiries.
Advisors can register for the Travel Advisor Resource Portal and find more details about the FAM trip through the Fresh Tracks Canada Partner Portal.
