The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) is launching its new Industry Recognition Pathway Program, a certification program that recognizes industry experience as a way to earn a Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) or Certified Travel Manager (CTM) designation.
Travel advisors with 10 or more years’ experience and who meet the criteria can use this program as a way to have their skills formally recognized and take advantage of the benefits that come with having the designation.
