The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors (ACTA) has promoted Marco Pozzobon to vice president, Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, effective October 1, 2025.

ACTA announced that Pozzobon, who has been with the agency for 15 years, will take on expanded responsibilities in building partnerships and advancing the association’s business development strategy.

“Marco has demonstrated exceptional commitment to building meaningful partnerships that have strengthened our organization and positioned us well for the future,” said Monica Johnstone, ACTA Chair of the Board.
“The Board and I are confident that Marco will excel in this new role and continue to be a driving force behind our growth.”

ACTA President Suzanne Acton-Gervais also praised the appointment.
