Last spring, Sunwing Vacations paused its STAR rewards program while moving to a new payment provider. The company is now working with Berkeley Payments and ready to relaunch the STAR Program. And what better way to celebrate the return of the rewards program than with a party?
The STAR Party promotion runs from Oct. 6 to Oct. 20, 2026. Travel advisors can earn up to 10X STAR Points at more than 100 participating resorts for bookings made during the promotion period.
“Travel advisors are an incredibly important part of our business, and we’re proud to recognize the value they bring to Sunwing Vacations every day,” said Marek Andryszak, President of Tour Operations. “We’re grateful for their continued partnership and patience as we transitioned the STAR Program to our new payment provider.”
During the program’s hiatus, new registrations were unavailable. Sunwing is pleased to announce that registrations are once again open. Advisors who were unable to register while enrolment was paused can now sign up through the Sunwing Agent Portal and start earning on every eligible booking.
New physical STAR Cards will be mailed when advisors complete their first redemption of STAR Points to cash.
“We know how much this program means to our advisor community, and we’re very pleased to have it back and continue rewarding advisors for their ongoing support,” says Andryszak.
