Rental Escapes has announced its largest-ever portfolio expansion.
The full-service luxury villa rental company is adding more than 600 handpicked villas across the U.S.
The dramatic expansion includes exclusive properties in popular states such as California, North Carolina, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Hawaii and Nevada.
The new additions are part of Rental Escapes' ongoing effort to properly equip its network of travel advisor partners and "respond to the increasing demand for high-end domestic travel experiences."
Highlights include oceanfront estates like the four-bedroom Mauna Lago in Kamuela, Hawaii and the sprawling 3108 Palm in Isle of Palms, South Carolina, as well as the exclusive and chic Hollywood Villa Ev1 perched above Sunset Plaza in Southern California's Hollywood Hills.

As more travelers seek luxurious escapes closer to home, we’ve focused on curating an exceptional collection of U.S. properties that deliver the same level of service, privacy, and unforgettable experiences our brand is known for," Rental Escapes CEO Brian Schwimmer said in a statement.
The historic growth comes on the heels of a record 2024 for Rental Escapes.
